In this sheet you will track all of your habits that you are building. We have already pre-populated the first two and you can add as many more habits as you'd like.

Setup & Use

Add your name in the area specified at the top of the sheet.

Setup a New Habit

If there are no emptp trackers, sellect all four full rows of the bottom most tracker, copy and paste into right below that tracker.

Change the name to the specific habit that you would like to develop. See the E2 guide for details on how to specify this.

In column "E" in the first row of your tracker, set the unit of a successful tracking. So if you are tracking a binary habit (either yes or no) then it should be 1. If you are tracking a scalar habit, like # of hours of sleep, then set it to the target #. (in most sleep cases 7 or more. )

To record a day for the habit, enter the correct value (1 if yes in a binary or lets say if you slept 8 hours the night before then 8) in the top row of the tracker in the column coresponding to today's date.

In column "D" you can select the type of output metric that you would like to see. If you are tracking a binary habit, percentage is more appropriate, if you are tracking a scalar habit, then average is more appropriate.

If you are tracking a scalar habit where it is better to have a lower rather than higher vaalue, enter a "-1" in column E in the second row of your traacker. This will flip the formatting on the tracking cells to take this into account.

In row "F" in the first row of your tracker, set the target for your habit, if it is a binary habit this is euivilent to the number of days per week you would like to complete it. If it is a scalar haabit, this is the averge that you would like to mintain.

Adding more Columns

To add more tracking columns, select the last collumn before the one colored in blue.

Hold shift and then select to the left as many columns as you want to add

Right click and select add "x" columns to the right.

Copy the last full column

Paste it over aall the columns you just aadded
