COMMUNITY OF USE PROCEDURAL REMINDERS FOR USING INDOOR FACILITIES

1The Permit Holder will be responsible for ensuring ALL Participants and Spectators accessing the Gym Area(s) at any School Facility ONLY wear clean, dry and non-marking (rubber-soled) footwear.

2User Groups are prohibited access to equipment that has not been pre-approved and identified on the Permit.

3All pre-approved use of equipment shall to be returned to it's original location at the end of each use.

4User Groups are to report any equipment issues immediately to the Custodian on site, then to the Community of Use Coordinator the next business day.

5User Groups are prohibited to bring in and/or use any "outdoor" equipment into School Facilities.( ie. outdoor soccer balls, etc.)

6User Groups are responsible to remove their own garbage and recyclables from the approved area(s) of use prior to vacating the School Facilities at the end of each time of use.

7Questions or clarifications regarding these Best Practices, are to be brought forward to the Community Use of Schools Coordinator the next business day by calling 705-722-3555 X 260.
