This spreadsheet includes a pretty comprehensive list of processes and policies you may want to consider building out for your company.

As this could be quite overwhelming, we’ve isolated a solid "Starter" list for you in the first tab and then have a full list of everything else categorized by department.

We’ve also included a space for you to determine how important this process may be to your business. If it’s super important, write a “1” next to it and prioritize this phase of processes first. If it’s not important at all, then delete it. We recommend creating a three tiered list to tackle these so you can focus on what's most important.

Once you've built out your documentation, link the standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies you build to the words in Column E for easy access and reference for your team. Feel free to adjust however is most helpful for you!
