7	#1 Corner of Cloverdale and Pescadero Rd	2 Course Marshall Course marshals stay until E5 passed by the 1st time.	covers this location until Broom Wagon Arrives:	Vest 2 Flag 1 Paddle 1	Corner of Cloverdale and Pescadero Rd (Pescadero Creek Rd.) This is at the Start location. During the race start, marshals shall stop traffic on Pescadero Rd, both direction, and flag riders to go East (turn left) on Pescadero Rd. During the race, marshals shall stop traffic from Cloverdale and let them know when it is safe to proceed. Course marshal to wave riders straight on Pescadero, unless they're pulling out of the race by turning left on Cloverdale to go back to the high school. NOTE: Early category racers need to be stopped from going back home over Haskins and creating traffic going opposite the remaining racers. They are required to head home via Pescadero to 1, 1 to 84 and home.	2	1	1

Vest 1 Flag 1 Paddle 1	Corner of Pescadero Rd. and North St. Riders will be proceeding STRAIGHT towards Highway 1. Point riders STRAIGHT with the flag. Stop traffic from the Pescadero Rd. turning onto North St. until safe to proceed, alert motorists about bike race.	1	1	1
9	#3 Corner of Pescadero Rd. and Stage Rd.	2 Course Marshall Course marshals stay until E5 passed by the 1st time.	covers this location until Broom Wagon arrives	Vest 2 Flag 1 Paddle 1	Corner of Pescadero Rd. and Stage Rd. Marshal will flag riders to continue STRAIGHT to Highway 1. Riders will be running a stop sign. Marshal shall stop traffic from turning onto Stage Rd (Downtown) to allow riders to proceed. 15	#9 Corner of Highway 1 and 84 (San Gregorio)	1 CHP 1 BAT and 1 Course Marshall		Cone 1 Vest 3 Flag 2 Paddle 1	Corner of Highway 1 and 84 (San Gregorio). CHP. Vest, flag, and stop/slow paddles. Riders will be running stop sign and turning right onto 84. Point riders right with the flag. Stop traffic from the coast and southbound Stage Rd. Help clear northbound Stage Rd traffic to allow room for racers. Brief CHP officer of his responsibilities if necessary. Course marshals at H 1/84 should also be on the watch for traffic wanting to turn onto Highway 1south bound and advising them to be very cautious of bike race and riders coming along the road.	3	2	1	1
16	#10	3		Cone 1 Vest 3 Flag 2 Paddle 1	Corner of Stage Rd and 84 (San Gregorio). Vest, flag, and stop/slow paddles. Riders will be running stop sign going staright on 84. Point riders right with the flag. Stop traffic from the coast and southbound Stage Rd. Help clear northbound Stage Rd traffic to allow room for racers. Course marshals at H 1/84 should also be on the watch for traffic wanting to turn onto Stage Rd south bound and advising them to be very cautious of bike race and riders coming along the road. Look for Breakaways and Pelotons especially.	3	2	1	1
17	#10A Highway 84 PACC	PACC	PACC covers this location until Broom Wagon arrives		Traffic Light on Highway 84 An orange cone will be placed at this location. Stand on East bound side of the road. Watch traffic in both directions. Provide Traffic control enought time control traffic to allow racers to move through red light without impedement. Look for Breakaways and Pelotons especially.
18	#11	2 Course marshals stay until E5 passed by the 2nd time. To flag riders to turn right onto Pescadero Rd.		Vest 3 Flag 2 Long Paddle 1 Paddle 1	Corner of 84 and Pescadero Rd. (Race stop location) Vest, flag stop/slow paddle. Flag riders to turn right onto Pescadero Rd. Marshal shall stop all motorists turning onto Pescadero Rd. until safe to proceed, alert them to bike race. Equipment: Long paddle stop sign) Emergency Shut Down location 2. Between 84/Pescadero & Feed Zone. Robin will man the radio - In the event of emergency, Fire Dept requests to stop the race with RR marshal. RR marshal will radio and coordinate the race STOP / RESTART with the course marshal at this location. Feed Zone course marshal will help with the race STOP / RESTART.	3	2	2
19	#12	1		Vest 1 Flag 1	Feed zone Pescadero Road and Redwood Drive (Across from Feed Zone ). At 7:30 AM, help course marshal coordinator to check in course marshals, collect volunteer release forms, and hand out equipments. Flag riders straight and manage traffic coming from Redwood Drive, allow motorists to proceed when safe. Feed Zone. Riders theoretically slow down in the Feed Zone to allow themselves and fellow competitors to take food and drink from volunteers. Marshals should manage traffic and volunteers to prevent collisions. Feeders in cars leaving the Feed Zone MUST return via 84 and Highway 1. DO NOT allow them onto Pescadero Rd. in the race direction. Local traffic is allowed through.	1	1
20	#13	2 Course marshals stay until E5 passed by the 2nd time. To flag riders to turn right on to Alpine.		Vest 2 Flag 2 Paddle 1	Pescadero and Alpine. (Race stop location) Emergency Shut Down Location 1 (aka 'Railroad Marshal, however, there is no railroad crossing) Radio from Fire Dept. Vests and paddle. This is a required position and is located at the bottom of Haskins. This position requires marshals to STOP racers in the event of a fire truck going up Haskins to address an emergency. Racers must NOT be allowed to proceed until the emergency vehicles have been cleared. RR marshal will man the Fire Dept radio. All marshals at this location will help with STOP / RESTART the race. RR marshal will radio communicate with marshal at 84 & Pesdero to STOP / RESTART the race at the same time. Course marshals flag riders to bear right (stay on Pescadero Rd.) at this intersection. Alert motorists coming from Alpine Rd. and allow to proceed when safe. This marks the beginning of "Haskins Hill."	2	2	1
21	FINISH LINE				FINISH LINE
22	#14	2		Cone 1 Flag 2 Vest 2	Pescadero Road on 1st sharp left hand turn after finish line area. This is a very dangerous fast downhill turn and a likely spot for riders to crash. Be alert. Marshals need to stand a few yards ahead of the hairpin downhill left turns and flag racers to use caution. Course marshals are not allow to park at the Finish Line. Marshals need to find parking space along the road shouder, and walk to their location. Other option is to park across the Feed Zone, at Redwood Dr. The Feed Zone's course marshal will provide drop-off and pick-up at the Finish Line.	2	2		1

24	#16	Music Camp Parents are picking up kids		Cone 1 Vest 1 Flag 1	Camp Loma Mar/Oakland YMCA and Pescadero Rd. 9900 Pescadero Road. Vests and flags. Flag riders straight and manage traffic coming from the YMCA camp, allow motorists to proceed when safe. There are 2 drive ways at this location. Marshal to instruct buses or large vehicles to use the longer driveway to help ease the exiting.	1	1		1
25	#17	1		Vest 1 Flag 1	Memorial Park Entrance (9500 Pescadero Road) Manage traffic coming from the camp. Alert motorists to bike race and allow motorist to proceed when safe. Note: Park ranger may turn the course marshal away, if too much traffic hold up. So try to manage the traffic quickly and effieciently.	1	1
26	#18			Vest 1 Flag 1	Huckleberry Flat Picnic Area. Alert motorists to bike race and allow to proceed when safe. Check if entrance / exit gate is closed on race day. Park (650) 879-0238. The gate to this picnic area is closed at all time, unless there are reservations to use.
27	#19	Check if gate is open on 18		Vest 1 Flag 1	Loma Mar General Store (8154 Pescadero Creek Rd.) Vest and flags. Manage traffic at Loma Mar store. Allow motorists to proceed when safe. Flag riders straight. Building is under construction 2019
