While not directly relevant to rules, the flavour text seems to imply the intent that the hawks can be used regardless of of what the hunter is doing.

The Endless Malice rule of the Preyton is very messy.
You have to take an Ld test either for pursuing AND for restraining for pursuit?
What happens if you fail those tests?
If you fail the test to restrain, you test again to pursue?
Does the Panic test ability activate only if you don't restrain and fail the test? Isn't this the same as simply restraining?

Suggestion: "Should a Preyton be on the winning side of
a close combat, it automatically restrains from pursuit (No Ld test needed). In order to pursue its foe or to overrun, it must first pass a Leadership test. If it fails the test or elects to restrain, it remains stationary whilst it rends and tears at the fallen. Enemy units within 12" and with line of sight to the Preyton must take a Panic test in the face of the beast's horrific display."

TREASON OF TZEENTCH is missing "This spell has no effect on single model units"? Don't see a mention about it being changed, so it might be a bug. Old lore text says it presuades to attack their comrades. Currently it works like it presuades to make a suicide if cast on a single model. Could also think about some wording on single models if they're mounted, that it might work that way, so it could be casted on MOUNTED single models?

1 chance out of 6 to transform any break test into a success is a rule appropriate for zealots and fanatics, that can hold against any odds for absurd reasons. Mercenaries are notably more unreliable than regular troops who fight for their country or just to prevent their farm to be burn and their family slaughter. The unreliability of mercenaries is pretty foreseeable (you can read Machiavelli Art of War for an insider view on Renaissance's mercenaries). On the contrary, Mercenaries fight well when the odds are goods. They must have some kind of bonus, but it shouldn't be on moral - which is their weak point - but should express their greater experience of battle. They are professional who usually saw more battle than Empire state troops or any levy troops, but who see their own life as more precious than any nationalistic idea.
I understand that the rule have a downside. But let be realistic, it is anecdotal at best. Most units are out of combat if they fail a break test so a Ld penalty afterward is likely to have no effect on the battle.
Anyway, I report it as a bug because clearly the rule was suppose to make Mercenaries unreliable as the fluff suggest, but in fact it does the opposite, making them behave as fanatical troops ready to be slaughtered for some idealistic cause.

This would make it clear how the rule works with Killing Blows, Multiple Wounds and other things that can completely take out a model with 2 or more wounds remaining.

A) In addition, at the start of the close combat phase, if the wearer is not in combat, one friendly Undead unit may....

or

B) In addition, if the wearer is not in combat (even if they were in combat earlier this turn), one friendly Undead unit may...

The standard formula for fighting heroes and lords seems to be adding +2 and +3 WS and +2 and +3 initiative for heroes and lords over whatever their 'base infantry' is (chaos dwarf warriors in this instance). These units only have +1 and +2 initiative respectively. IS this intended?

Should the Overseer and the Overlord pay the same amount of points for their upgrades? Making an overseer pay 17% of his starting cost for an armor upgrade seems punitive. Also, it seems out of sync with the other books to not have the hero version's upgrades cost less especially since the weapon upgrades cost less.
