HOW TO COMPLETE

1. Save a copy of the file on your computer, phone or google sheets.

2. Enter five wellness habits into the input boxes below. Keep the description brief as just a few words.

3. Enter the frequency for each of these habits and specify whether this is per day, week etc, using the dropdown boxes.

4. Write down the date you wish to start recording your new habits.

5. Click on the “Habit Tracker” tab to record the progress for each of these habits.

a. Each time you complete one of the habits, enter a “1” in the relevant box for that day/habit.

b. I recommend you complete this at a set time each day and have a reminder to prompt you to do this.

6. The top section summarises your progress:

a. Row 5 shows the total times you have completed a habit.

b. Row 3 shows the difference between your habits completed and the prorated target in row 3.

c. Row 1 shows the % completion for each habit and the overall % score in cell A1.
