Main job is to do 6 formal observations with a debrief after each one. A debrief deals with what the student teacher did right and what areas they could improve on

My job was to observe and critique lesson plans and lessons taught by the nine teacher candidates I supervised this semester. I also communicated with the cooperating teacher regarding the teacher candidate's progress.

Fall - 2 students; Spring - 5 students - all of them working toward a multiple subject credential

I supervised 4 Education Specialist interns.

During this time I supervised a total of 12 students in the Multiple Subject Credential Program. I observed students in the classroom and provided constructive feedback.

I supervised 4 student teachers in their elementary placements and communicated with their classroom mentor teachers and school administrators.

Supervising students in my EDMS 422 course.

I supervise English candidates who are working on their Wnglish single subject credential. They can be placed in high school or middle school. I see them once in a week in most weeks during the semester.
