6	First Days on the Job	In this Michigan Works! Southwest virtual workshop you will learn best practices to utilize during your first few days at your new job. Our career coaches will come alongside you to answer any questions you may have and help you to be prepared to start a new job!
7	Getting to Know Michigan Works! Southwest	In this session, career coaches will walk you through the various programs offered by Michigan Works! Southwest and other community resources that assist in training, removing barriers, and employment.

10	Federal Application Process: Tips and Strategies for Success	In this workshop, you will receive tips to make the federal hiring process easy to understand and provide you with the tools and strategies to successfully apply for federal government jobs.
11	Path to Federal Employment: Resume Workshop	In this workshop, a VA recruiter will assist participants in creating resumes specifically tailored for applying to federal government positions. Participants will learn about the key components of a federal resume, including detailed information such as the applicant’s qualifications, skills, and experiences.
12	Financial Coaching: Budgeting Workshop	In this workshop you will review your financial situation and gain skills to improve your budgeting strategies to assist you in creating a sound household budget.
