Recurring error that I just want documented. Seems to have no effect on anything, but I've never know what causes it or if it was the same as the one we got before the software reinstall.

Booting up system with no coils plugged in. Tales replaced on Friday April 21st and on initial 2 boot ups it was stuck in high power freq mode due to tales and got confused with head coil. Once all coils were unplugged and system restarted it came up fine.

Re-start Scan, Full Scanner Reboot, Reshuffling 80 vector table. Full scanner shut down, 15-min wait before turning system on.

After a full shut down and boot, couldn't duplicate
At first it was consistently happening on vector 46, so I thought maybe I just needed to reorder the vector table. After reordering table it started to happen on random vectors before and after 46. Did a reboot of the scanner without bringing system down. Still got error. After full system off / 15-min wait / system on have had no problem with the scans since despite multiple attempts to trigger it.
