Staffing Needs for an Air Monitoring Study

This tool helps groups determine their collective expertise and identify lead and support roles for
important skills needed for community air quality monitoring.

Instructions: Create a column for each member of your team this could include individuals or organizations (e.g., university). Discuss as a group who has experience in each skill category and identify a Lead (L) and Support (S) for each skill. There can be multiple Supports for a skill. Leave a cell blank if your experience does not reflect a certain skill. Expected effort (time and cost) per team member can be added to this sheet to estimate total personnel cost.
