Lifters who bomb out will score zero points, but they still count towards number of lifters. (see example)

Teams of less than 10 lifters
A team with less than 10 lifters will be allowed to have the same lifter score for two different divisions up to a total of 10 team scoring points. Highest points will earn team points.

Example: A team of 6 will be allowed to have 4 of their lifters score for team points in two divisions. So all 6 will earn team points plus 4 will earn points in their second division for a total of 10 scoring points.
