Job Descriptions:

Check in for chili contestants will work with Lindsey to get our guests and non-contestant chilis checked in and chilis labeled

Check in for Guests will be working at our front desk to check guest in, direct them towards the tables/event and give them their drink and voting tickets

Chili Scoopers will be portioning out chili into pre-numbered cups for guests to put on their plates/trays. Can fill a lot at a time and monitor for when refills are needed.

Merch and Donation table/walk around folks should take turns at the Merch table and be comfortable going table to table to collect donation envelopes.

Set up will be helping Lindsey and event staff set up tables, food, etc

Tear down volunteers will clean up decorations reorganize furniture

Dishes: We would prefer dishes be done on site, however, if it gets late, some can be taken home to wash and returned to storage unit

Food Folks: All food besides chili can be delivered to Fuller Lodge by 3:30 PM

Drinks station: Check on status of cups, drinks etc and refill as needed

Service folks: Help people get sides etc and help anyone with mobility issues get their plates to their table

General event Volunteers are available to fill in at any station througout the event
