Harissa sausages at end of sautee, 1 veggie ground round after pressure cooking done. UPDATE: So we came back around to just frying to tofu. Honestly if we're not trying to cut oil down it's best. Have never quite nailed convection tofu.Serve with crusty bread or corn bread.
