The bidder shall provide breakdown of item cost and indicate any item not listed, but necessary for the successful completion of the Works.

The items and dimensions given are to serve as a guide for the Bidder to submit his prices. If any of these items are not priced, it shall be deemed that the costs for such item(s) have been allowed for elsewhere in this RFP and no claim against them will be considered by the Employer.

The Employer reserves the right to vary the quantities and or accept such portions of each RFP.

Remove existing pantry on remaining side and install 1 new shower room and 1 new toilet c/w necessary water proofing works (provide 10 year warranty) and include a small dry change area, mirror, tap and basin. Construct new partition with suitable waterproofing at change room upturn of 1m to prevent new consultation room to become mouldy. Remove existing EM lock, wiring, etc.
