ApplicationFill in the "SECF Budget Form", print as a pdf document, and upload with your project application. If your project is selected, you will be informed of your grant number and your allocated funds amount. Cells in yellow are to be filled in when submitting the Final Report only.

Final ReportAfter completing your project, fill in the column 'Final Amount Spent After Project Completion' and other cells in yellow, print as a pdf document, and email to the Research and Funding team along with your final project report no more than one month after the project conclusion. You can also add new line items if necessary.

Budget changesIMPORTANT - if there are any differences between the original budget plan and the final budget report, you must provide a justification. Any unplanned expenses which were not pre-authorised may be denied.

ExpensesIMPORTANT - you must submit a digital copy (e.g. pdf, scan or photo) of all receipts, invoices, or other proofs of payment as applicable. Any expenses claimed without evidence will be denied.
