3	Anonymous Resident	5245	7/24/2020	1BR apartment. Nice view of outside trees/street view. Close to the stairs and can’t beat the location of Rock Rose just around the corner. Down the street from IMT gym, short walk to parking garage without the noise, pet friendly.	Loud upstairs neighbors. Sounds like they are running a 3-ring circus, daycare and bowling alley with a barking dog. We left a note asking them to be quiet but the noise never got better. Loved our apartment but the noise was so bad my bf and I had to move.	2	Check with IMT to see if the unit still has noise complaints and if those tenants still live there. If the noisy tenants are gone, would 100% recommend this apartment.
4	Anonymous Resident	5389	8/6/2020	Good size, nice layout	There is bad soundproofing, it's across from Lavaca. Living room has double paned windows but bedroom only has single, so I can hear people talking/laughing/screaming at the bar every night. I complained about this and tried to get a double paned window in the bedroom as well but IMT refused because it was too expensive, they need to replace the entire window frame. They know that people will rent the unit and not realize the issue until it's too late. It'd be good if no one took this unit so they are forced to fix the problem.	1	N/A
5	Anonymous Resident	1024	8/10/2020	close to the dog park, the efficiency of electricity ive never had an electric bill over 50$,	very little natural light, close to the "party" pool, the kitchen has no drawer good for silverware and is overall so tiny, the drain clogs w a couple of showers	3	the stair wells always smell DISGUSTING, theyre very small for the price, and the summer will be miserable if you live in one of the pool facing apartments.

The apartment has amazing views (since it's on the third floor, you're basically in the canopy of the trees!), LOTS of big windows to draw in beautiful soft light all day. It has lots of space, the kitchen, living room, and hallway are all very open and vibrant! We rented this unit to use the second bedroom as an office, and it's perfect for that. The layout is great too because both bedrooms are far from each other, which helps with privacy! This is the largest 2 bedroom apartment I've ever lived in, and I've never felt more relaxed in a unit before! 100% would recommend, especially since the A/C here works like a DREAM which is pivotal in the hot summer months here in Austin. Also important to note that the neighbors for the most part are very quiet and considerate! You get soft sunlight in the mornings and throughout the day, with a little direct sunlight in the evening.	Shower water pressure could be a little better but definitely not a deal breaker, and you hear the occasional car driving by since it faces the street, so it can get kinda loud on weekend nights	5	Lizz at the leasing office is incredible. She has been so attentive and made sure our move here was nothing short of spectacular! Best leasing office team I've experienced so far in the domain. Note: since Griffis took over IMT, they will nickel and dime you after your lease ends, so beware.
7	Anonymous Resident	6235	10/26/20	The unit is close to elevators and an entrance (convenient when moving in with large furniture). It faces the garden which is nice since there are little to no street noise, but also means you hear your neighbors outside if your windows are open. The unit is a short walk to the parcel area (you can see it from the unit) and mail room.	Some times there is noise from the shared garden area. No direct connection to the building and garage per floor.	5	Overall we are super happy with this unit and the management! They have been to friendly and helpful. They are quick to respond to any requests for maintenance and any random question we have!
8	Anonymous Resident	5445	10/26/20	Nice location within domain, very central but not right by rock rose or heavy construction areas, so less noise. parking is super easy since the garage is attached to the building. Good space for a 1 bedroom. Cheaper than other apts within domain since slightly older, but still not old by any means	We have some "disrespectful neighbors" - leave trash out, even sometimes leave dog waste in the hall (most mad about that!) , packages have gone missing. They also got rid of the codebox at the main entrance, so it can be really hard to explain to friends and delivery drivers how to get in the building, so a lot of times you're having to go downstairs to let people in	4	N/A

N/A	5	This has been one of the best expierences I’ve ever had in an apartment complex. The staff was amazing, the appliances and overall apartment is well taken care of. No problems with the mail/packages. It’s a perfect place to call home!
10	Anonymous Resident	3029	10/28/20	Large 2br/2ba 1200 sq ft. corner unit. Wrap around deck is enormous. (30’ x 3’ and 20’ x 3’) Quiet residence, parking in parkade or street parking available, sunny corner unit, elevator service/maintenance has gotten better, IMT staff are reactive to questions and concerns, grocery delivery has no problems with door code, ParcelPending service has been great for amazon delivery.	“Cold water” fees are outrageous, AC/heat costs are normal. Internet access is average.	4	Polite correspondence with IMT staff goes a long way to solving any problems you encounter.
