How to Use This Tool

1. Start with the "DPDP Compliance Checklist" tab and set a Status and Owner for each area.

2. Populate the registers (Personal Data Inventory, RoPA, Consent, Retention, Vendor, Breach, Data Subject Requests, Privacy Risk) as each area is worked through.

3. Open the "DPDP Dashboard" tab to see auto-calculated totals across the registers.

4. Review and update every quarter, after onboarding a new vendor, or after any incident.
