Dear Donors and Supporters, welcome to the landing page of our new tracking sheet. We have made some changes to better account for all the donations and to have a better financial picture of our NGO.

Our new page of Donation Tracking now shows your original donation's date, amount and currency, as well as the exact amount that it was converted to after fees and exchange rates.

The donation tracking page will also display what category of expense your donation has been used towards

In Withdrawals, you will be able to see the amounts that were withdrawn from our CAD account and how much AMD was received with that exchange

In Expenses sheet, you will see a historical of all the expenses we've had with the amount, expense category type and a brief description of the expense

To access the folder with all the receipts, click here. Especially when we first started, not all purchases had receipts, so there may be some inconcistencies.

Finally, the In Kind sheet will show any donations that have been made in kind, meaning that items were donated instead of cash donations

More changes will soon be made available as our Christmas drive has started. Please remember that if you wish to make donations towards our Christmas event directly, please make sure to include a note in your donation advising us that your donation should be strictly used for the Christmas event

On this page, you will also see a snapshot of our financials. You will see the current amount of donations we have in CAD and AMD, as well as you will see an ESTIMATED total of our total donation amounts in all 3 currencies. (AMD, USD, CAD)
