New product launchintroduction offers (no need for discounts) exclusivity, preorders, reservationsTypically this offers are for your returning and loyal customers: Meaning, they already bought from you several times and now you want to introduce a new product. Make them feel special and say this is a preorder, reservation, just for them. Example: AREA51 offer for our best customers. You should know we just got our hands on the newest (insert product name here), it wont be available for the public quite soon, but you have a chance to get yours NOW. Please dont share this offer. This is a private deal and please respect this.Use online "event" calendars that provide you with context when needed. You know the star wars days, red color day, random dog day and connect them with stories. This way you will never run out of great story offers and you wont repeat them and saturate the customers. IMPORTANT: Plan your activities one month in advance and change only if you get a TRENDING offer. These "examples" are just that. You will get a bit of inspiration and make them your own. Always think outside the box and be creative. Your customers will appreciate that.

Seasonal / holidays2 for 1, 3 for 2, BOGO offersThese two types of offers are really similar. Dont forget to show the individual prices of products and the amount they save if they bulk it. Example: No, we really do know math, the prices arent wrong, we just want to make you happy and we really like to send big packages. PS: We got a better price from the supplier if we sell out this,so we wanted to share the joy with you. Only first XXX people get this outstanding offer.

Sale offers / clearancesfree shipping offersFree shipping is easy, because people really tend to like the offer. It has a strong punch, but only if you dont use it on a regular basis. Keep the offer for special days and seasonal stuff + remarketng offers. The story here can be basically all of the mentioned in this excel.

Cart abandonmentApologize to the customer and say something went wrong, and you want to make it up by providing him with a gift / discount / free shipping as a sign of courtesy. They dont know how you are doing this magic, but they will think, they have the upper hand and use it. Always find stories and stuff that make the customers think they have the advantage over you and that they can win.
