Hospitality LunchRebekah S.2021The schedule of 2nd and 4th Sundays combined with SNACS on the first of the month and usually TNT taking the 3rd Sunday made sure that we had some weekly opportunity for table fellowship.

Consider utilizing the Care Districts (especially identifying leaders) more fully to provide for more continued care and assistance in the fellowship life of PURC in a variety of ministries. Identify some strong people/ families in each of the remaining districts that can host the HL's on a monthly or quarterly basis. We always had two families serving the food and inviting people.

RefreshmentsNate & Sarah A.2018Kristi BarthelmessThe Coffee hour refreshments could be rotated by district, if Nathan and Sara are needing relief. (Trinity URC in Visalia has a much more simplified refreshment time and families sign up for a week to make coffee, put out refreshments, and clean up would be one suggestion. (I know for certain when they wanted to take a week of to attend Nathan's sisters wedding awhile ago) they requested a substitute in the bulletin for weeks and also via signs on the refreshment table and no one offered, finally Jacob Holt covered. Double services really taxed them, too.socialhour@JB [DEACON] CouncilMarchJuneSeptemberDecember
