In the positive side of things, thanks to intense haggling, there's two new improvements from the last tourney. First and foremost, qualis are extended to almost a week.

This is to avoid having you burn out from the 22 max hanchan count. You might find this number overbearing anyway, but if you take in consideration that the original plan was for a 3 day quali period with 25 matches instead, you can tell I tried my best to accomodate you.

Second of all, we have successfully taken a step in civilization by utilizing Bo2s, but it's only from top 16 onward. How many qualify? 128. Is this an elaborate ruse? Maybe. But the facts remain.

(1) This time around, there's no "main stream". There'll be a separate stream per server, so if you want to make a stream, either as a player, or a spectator, go for it. Don't expect me to do it, since I'm rocking a pentium. As for stream delays, the organizer said no delay is fine, as dubious as that may sound. I'd recommend a 5 minute standard anyway, since streaming with your hand concealed would kind of beat the point. ・本大会はスタンプ推奨にゃジャンジャン押すにゃ！少なくとも最初の挨拶スタンプだけでも押してもらえると嬉しいニャア
・ただし進行遅延となるスタンプは控えめにお願いしますにゃあ
・準々決勝以降は２半荘の合計点数で競いますにゃ
・予選は１１月２３日２２時（JST）に自動マッチングを切りますにゃ。時間内に始まったものの成績は有効としますにゃ

・現状中国サーバーから大会チャットへの書き込みができない設定にゃ。。
大会チャットができなくても問題ない進行をこころがけますが、
なにか連絡が必要になった場合Twi@anmitiyonまでご連絡いただけますと対応が早いにゃ。		・本大会推荐各位尽情发表情包！至少开场的时候能发一个表情包打个招呼也很好了喵~友好比赛喵~
・不过如果本身进展比较慢的情况下可以尽量少发表情包减少时间损耗喵
・四分之一决赛起每轮将会进行两场半庄战，结果将按两个半庄的合计点数来算
・预选将于11月23日21点59分切断自动匹配，在时间内开始的比赛都视作有效。

・替补将按最佳连续5战精算点的排名顺延

・不管是对局还是观战都可以自由直播，此次不设定延时也是可以的喵！不过还麻烦稍微藏一藏手牌或者招呼一局让同桌的人不要看直播。观看方若是开始对局了也麻烦别再观看了哦~
・目前情况下中国服无法在大会聊天室输入文字，虽然不能输入文字但也可以正常进行比赛，但万一有事需要联络的话，可以在日方的discord或者英语服的ICL或者赛前加入的四麻比赛QQ群里联系～

(2) Also, just to not get your hopes up, the money prize this time around is purely because I got the free dosh. Don't expect it to become a staple. The prize will be in the form of an amazon gift card.

(3) As a side note, we've gotten the OK for commentary from some pros, among which is the wwyd-chan's author. He's apparently handing out a copy of his book to the winner as well, but he can't ship internationally, so it's for japs only, essentially.
