Download your report in TFAR.

Log in to Cambium, open the CRS, and go to the Dashboard.

Select "TFAR".

Find the test you are analyzing and select it.

Click the "Features & Tools" button on the top right of the screen.

Select "Download Student Results"

Select "All Students" and press the "Generate" button.

The report will appear in the "Secure File Center" in Cambium.

Download and open the TFAR report on your desktop (do NOT use Excel 365 to open).

Then highlight the entire spreadsheet starting in Cell A1 and ending in the last row of column AW.

Once highlighted, press Control-C.

Select Cell A1 on the "Student Data" tab of this spreadsheet.

The rest of this tabs will automatically populate.

The Distractor Analysis file will only work with items that come from released STAAR tests.

For math benchmarks only: The Subscore Passing report is provided to represent what the results
22
would be with only subset of the items. The benchmarks represent concepts taught during the
23
entire course, but the CBA subscore only considers concepts taught before the date of the
24
benchmark assessment. In such cases, only the subscores should be shared with students.

IMPORTANT: This file has built-in data on student enrollment and STAAR history. This data was
28
accurate on November 17, 2023. Student schedule changes after that date will not be reflected.

Therefore, an updated version of this template will be shared periodically.
