Congrats on wanting to create better habits and structure your days to WIN! It's a constantly evolving journey for all of us... trying new strategies, tools, processes. Some of them work
great for you and some of them likely don't. But the key is to keep learning about what works for you... so you can refine your habits and productivity processes each year.

With this Routine and Goal Tracker, follow these simple instructions below to use it the way I do. And I want to give full credit where credit is due... to my friend Matt Aitchison (https://mattaitchison.com/)
for sharing this worksheet w/ me earlier in the year and allowing me to share it with others. Follow him on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/officialmattya), he's an amazing dude!

How To Use: (Important: DO NOT EDIT this document. Make a copy for yourself on your own Google Drive)

1. Click "File" in the upper left and select "Make a copy".

2. Rename the document whatever want, and save it to your Google Drive.

3. Now you'll close this document and work ONLY from your own copy on your Google Drive moving forward

4. We've already created 2 ready to go sheets for you for Jan 2019 and Feb 2019. If you're past those months when you discover this resource... just rename accordingly

5. See my example sheet. I use Red and Green to indicate if I did those activities or not. And you can see some of my actual habits I'm working on creating. Plus see how I use the Monthly
Weekly, and Daily sections to keep me working on the highest priority things at all times.

6. Create some morning habits you want to create, and evening habits. It's these times that will be critical in building new habits and achieving what you want in life this year

7. Then use this sheet EVERYDAY. You'll be pulling it up at least 2x a day and use it to guide you on your priorities, to see what habits are sticking and what ones aren't (and why)

8. Want to take this to the next level? Download the Google Sheets app on your phone so you can view and edit this on your cell phone easier + SHARE THIS with someone that can help
hold you accountable

Enjoy and go Crush It!!!
