Total fees are estimated based upon information contained on the Application. Additional charges may result after use of facilities (for cleanup, damages, etc.…),

including any repairs needed to restore damaged facilities to the original condition. Payment of total fees are due thirty (30) days prior to the date of the event

date, unless otherwise approved.

A non-refundable $50.00 deposit is required for all cancelations within 30 days of the event.
