1Go for a shoe size larger than your normal non-running shoes; XC shoes are a narrow fit.

2Book the shoes you want in the loan worksheet by inserting your full name in the cell under 'NAME' for the size you require (note that - A,B,C is the unique identifier for the shoe pair, and not related to sizing). If you find there is consitently not the size you require available please let us know at pennylanestriders+orc@gmail.com.

3Collect your shoes at the beginning of the training or prior to the race from the Anne, Mike or Charlotte (one will be present at the race or training)

4Clean and dry the shoes at home after the race or training. We recommend you stuff with newspaper Please do not dry on radiators

5Return to Anne, Mike or Charlotte prior to the next race or training session to the person listed under 'return to' in the excel worksheet. Please message them directly via the App to organise a return. You will be expected to return them to their house, returns will not ordinarily be accepted at club training sessions unless agreed in advance. Please ensure you organise return in good time before the next event. You are responsible for finding out when the next event is.

6Details of events can be found on the webpage (training and races) and the app (training only). Some races require sign up in advance. Note that we are only loaning out shoes for PLS training or XC races. We do not have the capacity to coordinate beyond those dates.
