- Anyone can build anywhere in the Outlands, and in Villages that they own.
- Anyone can also build in Villages they are a member of, so long as it is okay with the Village owners.

Not Allowed:

7SalvagingAllowedClaiming, Destroying, Looting, Abandoned propertyAllowed:
- Builds that have been abandoned for 2 months or more are considered free game, and anyone may claim or destroy them without fear of it being considered grief.
- Small, insignificant block placements in the Outlands can be salvaged at any time, such as dirt towers/bridges or blocks used for climbing.
- If nobody is going to complain, it's abandoned, and you've made sure of this, then it's probably okay to salvage. If unsure, ask staff.		26th May 201326th May 2013To check if something is abandoned:

Player Versus Player Combat (PVP)

10Combat in PVP-On ZonesAllowedPVP, Combat, Fighting, Killing, Outlands, ArenasAllowed:
- Fighting in the Outlands and anywhere else where PVP is ON is allowed.
- Fighting in uncommon Villages where PVP is ON is allowed.
- Fighting in Arenas is allowed.

Exception: Staff abide by different rules for engaging in PVP combat (via Parliament vote #11):
1. Staff may not engage in PVP, unless:
a) They are assaulted and need to defend themselves, or;
b) They engage in PVP combat where all parties starting a fight consent (in in-game chat) to the Staff member taking part, or;
c) They are involved in an arena event or PVP event where PVP is obviously the activity.

2. Staff may not use their Staff privileges or powers to gain an unfair advantage in PVP.

3. Staff may not use their Staff privileges or powers to give another player an unfair advantage in PVP.		1st December 201120th February 2012Staff rules for PVP are goverened by Parliament Vote #11.Cheddar

- Using teleporting for the purposes of PVP combat is allowed. Includes killing, attempted killing, attacking, trapping, or any hostile act involving teleporting.

- Idling, and using any method to intentionally avoid VillageCraft's 30-minute AFK time limit for idling players.
- Idling on alternate accounts while playing on a main account to make a profit or gain (such as idling at a spawner/autofarm).

Note:
- Staff can destroy AFK machines without notice, and without it being considered grief.
- Staff may punish idling alternate accounts even if the main account is active.
