1)This spreadsheet contains input cells, which are indicated by red font. The Administrator is required to enter data into these cells. Kindly enter the "Start Date" and "Number Of Weeks" for your challenge in the following assumptions. The "Number Of Weeks" needs to be an integer. Based on the inputs, the End Date will automatically fill in.

2) The list of all qualified teams for the challenge may be seen under the "Teams" tab. Complete the "Teams" tab by following the guidelines provided below. Before going on to the next phase, this needs to be finished.

- You must compile a list of participants along with their team affiliation before commencing your program. Before using this spreadsheet to oversee your task, finish this list. Make sure to record each participant's email address, team name, first and last name, and team name on your list.

- Insert each distinct team name in the "Teams" tab using the participant list.

3)You may monitor each participant's participation under the "Inputs" page.

- A maximum of 150 individuals, 15 teams, and 4 weeks are allowed in the spreadsheet. And, if you have completed the 4 weeks, you can start afresh for another 4 weeks. Please contact us editor@vantagecircle.com if you need assistance in extending the spreadsheet's functionalities.

- Every member of a single team must have the exact same team name. If not, the spreadsheet will consider them as if they are members of separate teams. A drop-down menu containing every team name choice will appear based on the team names entered on the "Teams" page.

- The average number of steps taken by each team member determines the team's ranking. This implies that if a team member takes no steps throughout a challenge, the team's score will be reduced. For this reason, it's critical to motivate your colleagues to participate the entire time. You can check out the "Motivational Quotes" tab to get inspired.

Examine cell C19 on the "Teams" tab after adding the participants to the "Inputs" tab. This figure ought to match the overall number of challenge participants. If not, kindly check that all players have been added and/or that the team names have been appropriately designated in the "Inputs" tab. 5)Your spreadsheet is now prepared to track the task! Update the step counts for each user under the "Inputs" page once a day or once a week. All you have to do is this. The tabs labeled "Leaderboard Detail" and "Leaderboard Summary" will automatically refresh. The "Leaderboard Detail" page allows you to view performance on a weekly and overall basis. To keep staff members engaged, you can cut and paste a prepared scoreboard from the "Leaderboard Summary" tab into update emails. Have fun!
