This program is best viewed on a laptop in Microsoft Excel or on a mobile device with the Excel App. When viewed without the app, the program will be in "view only" mode and you will not bre able to enter your data in the "Diet Plan" tab to customize the program

Note that the fat in the diet plan is "Added Fat" as the fat in the protein and carb sources is already assumed (provided you're using the "use freely" protein and carb sources from the food list.

The program is to be followed exactly. As your weight and body fat percentage changes, you can re-enter your data any time. The diet will only adjust its output when you've changed enough to need it.
