3	This catalog is a product of many resources that have been shared with us since the publication of our first database in October 2016. It is a curated list, and the author would like to acknowledge the work of many others who deserve due credit in compiling reports that have directly been fed into this document. Many of you have emailed suggestions, or shared valuable reports. Below is a list of multiple documents that formed the resource pool that has now been organised here. It is not exhaustive, as some individual submissions were gained through our website's crowdsourcing platform and through in-person meetings at events, but all big and relevant sources have been captured here.
