Before sorting or editing, go to File > Make a Copy to save your own version to your Google Drive or download it to your device.

How to Sort

Click the small filter icon in the column header to sort by Collection Name, Journal Type, Designer or other column headings. You can also use Data > Sort Sheet for full-sheet sorting.

How to Print

Once you’ve sorted the sheet how you like, go to File > Print.

Choose your layout and print settings, then click Next or Print.
