Hey There,

Thank You for downloading this Yearly Lolita Wardrobe Tracker! I made this as a way to catalog my own wardrobe but hope this spreadsheet allows you to have more insight into your wardrobe as well. This is just the first version and I hope to make more future versions with more robust charts and item breakdowns, as well as built in budgeting tools. For now, please enjoy the spreadsheet and feel free to customize it to your needs. If you need any help or have suggestions for future versions, please reach out at kimbuuchavlogs at gmail dot com.

This spreadsheet is totally FREE but if you'd like to support me, consider buying me a coffee

This version was modified by Babelglyph in 2023 to add some functionality. This version was last updated Jan 12, 2023.
Changes include:

- Additional columns on the main tracker: Images and Status and Motifs
----Status column has conditional formatting applied to highlight items still on order, cross out retired items, etc.
---- Motifs 1-3 won't work right until you fill in the corresponding Motifs column on the Values sheet -- it starts empty, build your own list of motifs or just hide the columns if you don't care
- Additional chart on the Dashboard: Status Breakdown
- Additional sheets for more graphs: Main Piece Graphs and Category Graphs - adjust categories using the Slicer widgets on each sheet
- Additional Color Analysis Pivot Table
- formatting may need adjustment to suit your own colors!
----- To adjust color table formatting: Let the sheet do the work by highlighting your values for you with conditional formatting! If your blue column looks red, don't worry. You can fix it easily. First, check the Values sheet to be sure you have the correct color options and categories represented. (Note that the Pivot Table will not display a column if you don't have at least one of that type of thing listed, so you may need to readjust formatting as you add more.) Then, click into the column you want to change. Open Format>Conditional Formatting. There should be one rule applied to that column. Change the color to match what you want, and save. You can click through to however many columns need fixing until each one matches. If you prefer, you can also highlight the whole range, and change things to one color highlight instead of multiple.
-----Note about Filters: By default, if you use statuses, the Color Analysis table will filter out items with Sold and Retired statuses. If you do not use statuses, it will show all items. You can change this by clicking onto the table to open the Edit Pivot Table sidebar. Then, look for Filters at the bottom. Make adjustments to "Filter by Values: Status" as you like. (Maybe you only want to see items in your wardrobe and not anything on order, for example.)

You don't need to buy me a coffee. Send one to Kimbuucha instead.

Step 2: Get Familiar with the Dashboard
14
DASHBOARD TAB
15
Provides an overall view of your wardrobe and allows you set reminder goals for the year. There are two places to pay attention to on this tab:
16
- The Chart Filters
17
- The Current Year
18
19
The Chart Filter slider controls what is displayed in the graphs. You can select one year or multiple years.

To Select a year, press the "ALL" drop down list and choose the year(s) you would like to filter. This is best used when choosing one year at a time, but if you wanted to see totals across multiple years, you are free to do so
20
21
The Current Year text field controls the amounts shown in the "Total Pieces Added" and "Total Spent" fields below it. To change the values displayed, change the year to the year of your choosing, for example, 2022
22
23
Item Breakdown Chart
24
This chart gives you a percentage of how many items were acquired based on the year chosen in the Chart Filter slider. This could be helpful to show you where you might be heavy in some items and lacking in others.
25
26
Color Breakdown Chart
27
This chart gives you a percentage of how many items per color were acquired based on the year chosen in the Chart Filter slider. This could be helpful to show you at a glance where you might be strong in some colors but lacking in others.
28
29
Status Breakdown Chart
30
This chart gives you a percentage of how many items are in which status. This could be helpful to show you at a glance how many preorders you are waiting on, how many sales you've made, and how many items you have worn out.
31
32
Total Spent
33
The dreaded total spent chart gives you a sum of how much money has been spent based on the year(s) chosen in the slider. Note that if no prices exist for any items for the year selected, the chart will display NO DATA.
34
35
Goals and Notes
36
These are free form text fields and you can enter whatever information you like
37
38
39
Step 3: Add some items to your Wardrobe List
40
WARDROBE LIST TAB
41
The Wardrobe List tab is where you add all of your wardrobe items. Use this tab to add/remove any items. Using the dropdown lists, you can categorize items in your wardrobe.
Note: The values returned in the drop down lists is controlled by the Values tab (see the section below)
42
Note: The Year field is designed to document the year the item was added to your wardrobe, not the year it was released
43
44
45
FILTERING THE WARDROBE LIST
46
If you have a wardrobe full of envy or a LaForet sized closet, you can filter the options in the list by selecting the upside down triangle next to the column headers to choose a filter option.
47
48
CHANGING THE CURRENCY
49
By default, the currency used in the spreadsheet is set to US Dollars. To change the currency:

1. Select the "Price" column and select the entire column
2. Select Format from the menu options
3. Select Number
4. Select More Formats
5. Select More Currencies
6. Choose your currency from the list of options and hit the green Apply button
50
51
VALUES TAB
52
The Values tab is where you can control what displays in the drop down lists displayed on the Wardrobe List tab. This list is not conclusive and will vary depending on the lolita. Please feel free to update this list to cater to your closet accordingly.
53
54
UPDATING THE DROP DOWN LISTS
55
To update the list, add/update a value to the appropriate column. That option should now become available in the drop down list when you come back to it.

⚠️ Note: If you remove an option entirely, it will cause an error for any items that previously referenced that value.
