28		NOTE: Layouts 1 and 2 are obsolete. They were based on the 684 parcels staked as of 12/6/17. The final number was 799, and was laid out as a rectangle (1,95) to approximately (33,119)
29	OBS Layout 1:	An early concept for how the district could be layed out for open space and buildings or other developed parcels
30		Layout 1 is obsolete because it assumed a different orientation of the main access road being on the west end, rather than on the south and east sides

32		This layout is elongated, with the idea of having several interest zones across the center of the space, and private lands on edges and corners
