The activities I found moust useful were those students made themshelves, like the journal, the quiz and so on.

The main strenght of this project meeting is a big team working all together.

I found useful all the activities.

The hotel was quite bad: not clean, not comfortable and breakfast was too bad, too.

Better accomodation for the teachers.

Team work: when some people work together on the same project, the results are very good.

Kahoot quiz was very interesting, and workshops about the EU were diverse and amusing. Drama workshop was also quite good and the students seemed to enjoy it.

Intercultural communication and the exchange of ideas.

Visit to the National Library in Budapest. It was not actually least useful, but it lasted too long and it was difficult for students to focus and pay attention to what our guide was saying.

Activities such as drama workshop are a great was for students to get to know each other and relax a bit, so maybe it would be better to have these activities on the first day. Also, students get easily get bored if they have to be passive observers for a long period of time, like during the visit to the National Library. These visits should be shorter, or there should be some activities for students.

Schedule could also be more flexible, for example it would be good to switch activities if the weather forecast for the field trip is not good, while students are spending sunny day in closed space.

Students really had great time, they met people from different countries, participated in various activities and tested their knowledge, skills, and in a way their own limits. I cannot find a negative aspect of this meeting, there are some things that be improved, as I mentioned in other comments, but all things considered I believed that this is a great opportunity for students and teachers to meet each other, exchange ideas and grow together.
