23	REST PERIODS - PITCHES IN A DAY
24	13 YEAR OLDS - MAXIMUM PITCHES IS 95
25	12 YEAR OLDS - MAXIMUM PITCHES IS 85
26	NOTE: Under no circumstance shall a player pitch in three (3) consecutive days
27		NO REST	1 - 20			NOTE:		If a player delivers 41 or more pitches, and is not covered under the threshold exception,
28		1 DAYS REST	21 - 35					the player may not play the position of catcher for the remainder of that day.
29		2 DAYS REST	36 - 50			EXCEPTION:		If a pitcher reaches a thresholds while facing a batter, the pitcher may finish the batter.
30		3 DAYS REST	51 - 65					The pitching record should stand at the last threshold reached before the the batter was completed.
31		4 DAYS REST	66 or more pitches			EXCEPTION:		A player cannot pitch in two games in a day.
32						EXCEPTION:		Any player, who has played the position of catcher in four (4) or more innings in a game is not
33								eligible to pitch on that calendar day.
