Green/Yellow Sheets are meant to be used. Orange/Red Sheets should not be opened or edited. Green/Red are unlikely to need future modification, Yellow/Orange may need to be replaced at a later date, and are currently known to be flawed

Description of Sheet, Functionality, Limitations, etc.Contains the Minimum, Base, and Maximum stats for every form of every Pokemon present in HGSS. As far as I'm aware, this information is not compiled in a table-like format anywhere else. Bulbapedia and Serebii (as of writing this) only have the base and max star counts, and while Psypokes (the source of this info) has a min, base, and max, this info is only present on the individual pokedex pages, tedious to use for Aprijuice purposes. Special Thanks to thegreenkacheek for compiling the info for this sheet! The bulk of the SID finding process occurs in this sheet. By finding which headbutt trees on Route 33 contain pokemon, you can determine your "Headbutt Value", which is derived from TID and SID. Not especially useful for finding a TSV, more useful for finding the true SID using a TSV and trainer ID. Credit to Real.96 for discovering headbutt tree mechanics in HGSS, and also explaining them in an easy to understand way.A full list of recipes used by the sheet. There are tools to create your own aprijuice blends, which can be added to the sheet. This is the tool that determines what PID a pokewalker pokemon could have from the last 5 digits, based on gender ratios and gender. This is the tool that determines what PIDs a chained shiny pokemon could have from the last 5 digits, based on gender ratios, gender, IVs, and nature. Some interesting stuff that I would struggle to explain in detail.
