10 | Foreword This document details the Foundation Legal Codex employed within the SCP Foundation. This document is classified as Sensitive; any personnel found distributing this document to individuals without clearance are liable for prosecution. The Foundation Legal Codex enshrines laws, rulings and policies that all SCP Foundation personnel are obliged to abide at all times when executing Foundation duties. The Foundation Legal Codex is an existential authority above all Foundation personnel. Circumstances of Amendment Amendment of any part of this document requires unanimous vote by Foundation Command. Senior Foundation Command personnel reserve the right to veto a vote that will result in edits to this document if they (the seniors) believe that said edit is unjustified. The minimum requirement for a unanimous vote is a 3:1 majority in favour of amending a selected entry. | ||||||||||||||
