This is what I use to track my promotions throughout the year.

With this as your base template, you can update it year after year for continual use.

As January is already past, I have placed examples of how I would utilize this on a daily basis.

NOTE: I will typically ONLY promote one JV Partner in any given month where I am actually SELLING for them (Jeff Walker in sample).

I will send other JV emails only if I am offering their free gift to my audience - big difference (Amy Porterfield in sample).

You do NOT want to be constantly selling to your list - you need to balance it out.

In my sample, I have highlighted the fields in RED if I am making a selling offer, and GREEN if it is a Free offer.

Wherever I have changed the date field from Black to Teal, it signifies that I have an event of my own (January 26-28 in the sample).

This keeps my awareness on my own business needs as it pertains to how I may wish to be emailing my list.

ALSO NOTE: Fields highlighted in light blue represent a fractional email - these ONLY go out to people who are registered for something (in this example, my event reminders).
