This training can be improved if other region will be carried along and also increase the number of participants.
Personally, this training has helped me to know that there's something called Wikimedia while professionally, this training will help me in my work place and also teach others what Wikimedia is all about.
Apart from the scholarship aspect, i will be glad if one or two person can be selected to join as one of the Wikimedia facilitator.

Greater numbers of participants and a wider inclusivity will go long to achieving the goals of the training/fellowship.
The training has opened my mind to understanding how little the struggles of LGBTQ+ persons in Nigeria and Africa is known around the world. Also this training has taught me the importance of storytelling about African LGBTQ+ cultures and long lost stories that have been written off by colonialism and religion
If the fellowship could be extended up a week or two, I will absolutely be of more help as it will give room for deeper teaching and understanding which I believe will yield more positive outcomes expected from the students.

The mediation sessions with Bisi
The actual practical sessions on Wiki
The Q&A sessions _all Qs. were simplified & rightly answered by the facilitators
The food was quite okay too
The meet 'n' greet was an unexpected twist which turned out ok but wish the visitors were more than they were.
10YesYes8101010
By being better detailed on the choice of location/venue
By making better internet access available to participants during training because the hotel wifi wasn't of much help/use cuz most people couldn't access it during the training save when we're in our rooms mostly
By being impartial regarding choice of food and amenities for participants considering the Southeast counterparts seemed to have had it much better than the Southwest
The meet n greet was innovation and I feel more word should be put out next time,so as to have a fuller congratulation lol
The training changed my POV regarding activism and made me realize it's not until one carries a placard screaming one's lungs out in the streets before one makes desired changes and I find an answer in Wiki.
My knowledge of research methodology and wikipedia was greatly improved, thank you.
I also had the opportunity to meet and network with new folks
Meeting Bisi was a nice one too and his personal revelations were really eye-opening for me

The physical training on creating articles on Wikipedia was memorable for me, before now, I don’t think it’s that easier, I so much appreciate that knowledge. Indeed information is power.
9YesYes9999
Gadgets can be provided for participants, as some don’t have a functioning laptop.
It has improved by knowledge about how Wikipedia works, and ways at which I can create stories, more importantly queer related stories which was the purpose of the training.
Many thanks fo the BAF and the entire team for putting this together.

The most valuable aspect of this training was the intentionality in ensuring that each participants grasp the topics and subject being taught.
10YesYes651010
This training can further include other topics and subjects related to Wikipedia and maybe the number of days could be increased.
This training has exposed me firstly to research methodology and I will use this further in my professional career.

Its has sharpened my research skills and given me more indebt knowledge about the Wiki media.
