IMPORTANT: Schools should arrange field trip transportation directly with commercial carriers from the following list of approved passenger motor carriers. This list is frequently updated with new carriers.

Schools should obtain quotes from three (3) different carriers using the Transportation Request Form.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires carriers to provide vehicles with wheelchair lifts when requested at least 48 hours in advance.

Schools scheduling tour packages may use tour companies that are not on this list, but the tour company must agree to use a commercial bus carrier from this list!
