Water Quality Control Division Continuous Temperature Data Template

This template is intended for submission of continuous temperature data to the division for assessment and other purposes. The temperature data submitted should consist of cleaned temperature data files in time intervals of an hour or less. Please do not submit Daily Maximum (DM) and/or Maximum Weekly Average Temperature (MWAT) data.

Please complete the following worksheets:

Monitoring Locations, which includes site information and contact information. All sites require coordinates (latitude/longitude).

Temperature Data, which contains the continuous temperature data. The logging interval needs to be an hour or less, but not less than 5 minutes. The Date/Time needs to be formatted as "m/d/yyyy h:mm". Please submit cleaned continuous temperature data and not calculated DM/MWAT data. Each monitoring location should be on a separate temperature data worksheet. Please label each worksheet tab with the appropriate site name. You may need to add worksheets to accommodate all your monitoring locations.
