THE TEAM'S TIPS
33
34
make it your own.
35
Our checklist covers all the main steps and activities to prepare for your market launch. This doesn't mean you can't add your own set of activities based on your specific context.
36
37
deep dive.
38
The purpose of the Impact Launch Checklist is to help you make sure you got everything covered. Certain activities are simple and straightfoward. Others - such as Positioning, Messaging and Pricing - require some work and continuous refinement. Don't hesitate to investigate the best approach or method to do it (or ask us!).
39
40
the fundamentals.
41
Bringing a product to the market isn't only about bringing it to the market. Some fundamentals need to be addressed beforehand or in parallel. This is why we have included some activities that aren't linked to the go-to-market itself, but are still worth addressing before you launch.
42
43
Iterative and interactive.
44
The preparation of a launch isn't just a sequence of steps to do one after another. The execution of all the activities shall involve your users and customers and be as iterative and interactive as possible. The way you engage with your audience along the whole business design phase will drive your ability to (in)validate your assumptions and co-create a solution your audience really needs. You can refer to Lean Start-Up by Eric Mies or The Mom Test by Rob Fitzpatrick to be exposed to some methods to tune your idea by checking your assumptions directly with your audience as early as possible in the process, and in an ongoing manner.
