The method of claim 6, wherein in step c) the predetermined length is at least half of the length of the coupling. 8. The method of claim 6, wherein in step c) if the residual portion of the damaged bolt is shorter than a predetermined length, further comprising a step c-2): reducing the length of the residual portion of the damaged bolt to the predetermined length. 9. The method of claim 1, wherein in step f) the bolt stool comprises a housing having a top surface, and a bottom opening into an inner space within the housing, wherein a hole is located on the top surface, and wherein the bottom opening and the inner space is sized to encompass the coupling and allowing the anchor bolt to extend through the hole. 10. The nut according to claim 2, wherein: the nut main body a polygonal nut,the annular member has a circular annular shape having an opening, the opening corresponding to the tapped hole,a third gap exists between an end surface of the first end portion and an end surface of the second end portion of the annular member, andthe second gap at the top surface of the outer frame member is larger than the second gap at the top surface of the nut main body. 4. The nut according to claim 1, wherein upon the nut being tightened, the side surface of the annular member is in contact with an inner wall of the outer frame member. 5. The nut according to claim 1, wherein upon the nut being tightened, the top surface of the annular member at the first end portion is level with a top surface of the outer frame member. 6. The fastener of claim 2, wherein: rotation of the drive nut in a second direction, opposite the first direction, during a first unclamping stage, induces the block and threaded retaining spindle to axially translate away from the body in unison; andduring a second unclamping stage, rotation of the drive nut in the second direction induces axial translation of the threaded retaining spindle in relation to the block and radial contraction of the clamping feet inward. 4. The fastener of claim 1, wherein the block includes a lateral access slot having a deformed section of the interior spindle positioned therein. 5. The fastener of claim 1, wherein the unthreaded collet includes a head axially retained in a lateral slot in the threaded retaining spindle. 6. The fastener structure of claim 5, wherein the fitting portion is fitted to the first object by riveting, expanding, welding, fastening, adhering or soldering. 7. The fastener structure of claim 1, wherein the head portion or the body portion has a checking portion for checking and being fitted to each other or checking and being fitted to the rod member. 8. The fastener structure of claim 1, further comprising a resilient component having an end abutting against the head portion and another end abutting against the body portion, or having an end abutting against the body portion and another end abutting against the rod member or the engaging portion. 9. The anchor of claim 2, wherein the elongated anchor body includes a central axis, wherein, for each cutting tooth, the forward cutting edge extends radially outward from and rearward from the distal positioning tip and axially toward the driving end such that an angle enclosed by each forward cutting edge and the central axis is less than ninety degrees and more than sixty degrees. 6. The method of any preceding claim wherein at least one of the metal rod (120) and the expansion section (123) are formed of steel, optionally stainless steel or carbon steel. An expansion anchor comprising a threaded rod part (120), an expansion section (123) welded to an end of the rod part (120) and an expansion sleeve (140) which in use interacts with the expansion section (123) for increasing the diameter of the expansion sleeve (140), wherein the expansion section (123) is integral with a --> spacer section (133) and an end of the spacer section (133) is welded to the threaded rod (120) part.
