6	Drunk & disorderly and consumption of drugs	High	High	Requirement of client to sign a contract (commitment) that no alcohol or other drugs can be consumed during stay. Once alcohol or other drugs have been consumed a hearing is carried out with consideration to departure of the client. Alcohol can not be consumed at bbq, restaurants or special occasions. Drug tests can and will be carried out at LBAs discretion. A buddy system will be encouraged. Clients will attend LBAs drug and alcohol maintenance program.
7	Obnoxious behaviour	High	Medium	Requirement of client to sign a contract that they will be respectful of their fellow clients and not initiate behaviour that will promote conflict. Where obnoxious behaviour is present, a sit down with the client to determine cause. Dispute resolution if conflict is present.
8	Setting fire to homes	Low	High	Requirement of client to sign a contract that non-smoking will be continued from their non-use within the correctional centre. That the use of naked flames will be isolated to an approved area. I.e. oxy acetylene to cutting section with in work shed, cooking equipment to kitchen An induction will be carried out explaining fire, its use, prescribed areas and consequences If a client is caught using fire in an unprescribed manner, a hearing will be carried out.
9	Not keeping room clean	High	Low	Requirements of clients to sign a contract concerning a high level of personal tidiness and hygiene will need to be maintained. Clients will attend a program that directly builds their understanding of personal hygiene, tidiness and its greater benifits
10	Fighting	Medium	High	Requirements of clients to sign a contract implying that fighting is not acceptable and they will do what is possible to mitigate the use of violence. At the signs of conflict a ‘sit down’ with an LBA officer will be carried out. Conflict resolution session will be held between conflicting parties Where physical fighting has occurred a report will be carried out and legal requirements will be followed. (police action) Clients will attend a program that directly builds their knowledge of reducing their use of violence and anti-social behaviour.
11	Illegal behaviour	Medium	High	Requirements of clients to sign a contract implying that illegal behaviour is not acceptable and that they understand that legal requirements will be followed.
12	Reporting to parole and legal obligations	High	Medium	Clients will be required to disclose all reporting obligations. This will be added to the clients development profile. A high importance placed on the requirement to fulfill their legal obligations. Work with probation, parole and other legal reporting agencies. Create a proactive attitude mentality to their successful legally requirements
13	Health and wellbeing	Low	Medium	Clients will be required to disclose all medical requirements. Clients will be required to attend medical clinic and initiate medical examination Psychological state will need to be ascertained and actions implemented where required. (Continual reports taken and assessed)
14	Financial Requirement	Medium	Low	Requirements of clients to sign a contract that they will financially contribute towards accomodation and food That clients will disclose any financial responsibilities like spore or victim compensation. That client provides proof that they have organised with centrelink or sponsor to have direct debit set up. Clients will attend a program that directly builds their capabilities to manage money and their financial feedom
15	Program Failure	Medium	Medium	That clients understand that they will only get out what they themselves put in. Clients will be individually considered and directed on a path that suits them. (LBA support will not be a one size fits all)
16	Negative Public Opinion	Medium	Medium	Requirements of clients to sign a contract that they participate in community service and PR Clients be informed and reassured that LBA team has their back Clients be prepared for negative public opinion and directed towards future not past mentality
17	Program Attendance	Medium	High	Requirements of clients to sign a contract that they participate in all activities (programs, religious instruction, workshops) set out by LBA staff. A detailed schedule be maintained by clients and staff Long term plans are outlined by clients with help from staff.
18	Abuse of power from program officers and staff	Low	High	Both clients and facilitators will be inducted and provided information about the process available to raise concerns and personal safety issues. Maintain checks and balances through multiple levels of management and advisory boards. Have a place for clients to safely raise their concerns. Processes in place for concerns to be raised and concerns to be addressed.

Clients cannot use equipment without being inducted for that particular device first. Equipment will be maintained through a scheduled maintenance program.
