Provide the following positions: Early College Teachers, core content teacher to reduce class sizes in core content classes, Instructional Lab Aide, Parent Involvement Coordinator, Bahavior Interventionist, Instructional Specialist, Instructional Coach.
Substitute costs for additional certified teachers as needed.

Summer Collaborative Planning for Teachers to develop Comprehensive Unit Plans, Common Assessments, Proficiency Scales and Corrective Instruction Plans.

Provide Stipends for teachers to attend 2-day Capturing Kids' Hearts professional development

Professional Development: In-house and on-going training for departments and/or teams focused on PLC, data analysis, and standards alignment and integration. Professional conference attendance as appropriate and needed. Also providing resources and materials related to professional development.

Provide supplemental copier contract funds to allow teachers to make additional copies for student instructional needs. Additional for EOC content teachers, Tiered Support personnel (20)

Provide instructional materials to support SC College and Career Ready standards in ELA, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science and close gaps in student learning. Expenditures will include, but are not limited to, consumable instructional supplies and materials for classroom to include, but not limited to: folders, notebooks, binders, paper, pencils, pens, markers, highlighters, gluesticks, sticky notes, erasers, dry erase materials, flashcards, envelopes, colored paper, copier printer paper, anchor chart paper, etc. Expenditures will also include non-consumable items for classroom use to include, but not limited to: Books for classroom libraries, take-home books for students, reading instructional kits and materials, calculators, staplers, scissors, pencil sharpeners, math manipulatives, etc.

Integrate technology into classroom instruction with the use of technology materials, supplies and equipment to support all content areas in grades 9-12. Expenditures will include, but are not limited to: replacement parts for promethean boards, replacement bulbs for existing promethean board projectors, replacement classroom headsets, replacement cables, external numeric keypads, cases for devices, replacement supplies for poster printer, portable tablets for mirrored instruction for teachers (50 @ $300/each), other supplemental technology supplies.

Student cost ($25/student) for 11th and 12th graders who qualify to take the state Seal of Bi-literacy exam (approximatly 25 students)
