Individuals will have access to in-class supports such as tutoring and mentorship to ensure they receive the education and assistance they need in order to understand and pass the required training. Furthermore, all project participants will receive necessary hand-tools and PPE to perform the training (and subsequent work) effectively and safely.

Post training the new apprentices will be placed on the job with a contractor to complete their four week job placement. All workplace supports will be available to ensure the success of the participant.

The services offered help support the recruitment, training and retention of members, apprentices and journeypersons.

Services are provided by specially trained Trades for Tomorrow staff, either in-person, over the phone, or online. Apprentices are assigned to an Apprentice Support Specialist, their single point of contact through their apprenticeship pathway.
