This tool was developed by the HIP Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to support consideration of the evidence available when determining if a new practice should be considered proven or promising.

How to use this tool:

Review summary of evidence on the "2_Review Evidence" tab and select ratings for impact, applicability/replicability/generalizability and scalability

Rate the practice using on "3_HIP Sustainability Checklist" and select rating for sustainability

Review overall summary on the "4_Summary of HIP Criteria" tab and add ratings for affordability
