somewhat scattered, so please feel free to correct any mistakes you find.

Name - Name of the voicebank. Name of the software, mascot, or both, are all acceptable.
If it is written in anything other than Roman script, it is asked that a romanized name is
next to the original name in parenthesis ( Example: 重音テト (Kasane Teto) ).

Manager - Manager of the database.

Voicer - Name of the voice provider.

Dataset Source - This column is meant specifically for voicebanks based on open-source datasets,
or datasets that did not originate from the manager.

( NOTE: Databases made without permission from the voicer, or is otherwise not from a source which explicitly allows it,
is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Failure to comply will result in an immediate Blacklist, and barring from further contribution. )

Open-source or public datasets that allow for this type of usage are obviously exempt from the above.

Release Status -

Public - The voicebank is publicly available to download and use.

In-Development - This voicebank has plans for a public release, but is still being worked on, or has yet to release.

Closed Release - This voicebank is currently in circulation among a limited number of people. It is recommended to contact the manager for details regarding access.

Changed - Project changed to another. Will likely be known by another name, or have changed engines.

Unsupported - This voicebank is explicitly no longer supported by its manager. May still be downloadable, but websites and links will no longer
be actively maintained,and may disappear at a moment's notice.

Private - This voicebank is not meant for public release. This includes closed testing builds.

Discontinued - This voicebank is explicitly no longer supported by its manager. All official links have been taken down, and it is no longer available.

Unavailable - No explicit confirmation of discontinuation, but unavailable for other reasons
( i.e. website failure, disappearance of the author, issues with file-hosting service, etc. ).

Unknown - Unknown.

Primary Language(s) - Voicebanks' recorded language(s).

Secondary Language(s) - Secondary supported language(s). The voicebank does not have recordings specifically for it, but it is listed as a
supported language by the creator ( For example, many voicebanks support Japanese via dictionary and/or table phoneme assignments, but
are not specifically recorded for Japanese ).
Basically, if it has phonemes specifically meant to allow for a particular language to be spoken, it goes into "Primary Language(s)". If the
language support is incidental, or achieved via dictionary, table, or phoneme manipulation, it is a Secondary language.
