1Chair: Leads the Board of Directors and maintains the mission of our school. Works closely with the Director in setting school calendar, creating board-meeting agendas, distributes agendas before meetings and leads annual evaluation process. Helps lead Parent Ed meetings. Attends monthly board meetings.Jena Boone

2Vice Chair: Assists chair, helps create agenda and run board and parent education meetings if chair is absent. Coordinates parent education speakers for the school year and publicizes speaker schedule to members, training (with Jan) and first line of contact for the parent coordinators. 3Treasurer: Maintains financial records and checking and savings accounts for the co-op. Collects all fees and tuition, making monthly deposits. Pays all bills and fulfills tax requirements. Provides a written monthly financial statement for the Board. Prepares an annual budget at the beginning of the school year and a final financial report at the close of the school year. Participates in scholarship evaluation process as needed. Attends monthly board meetings.Michelle Keetha

4Assistant Treasurer: Expected to become the Treasurer the following school year. Collects all quarterly SCC fees and monthly tuition, and makes bank deposits for these payments. Sends out reminders to those who have not paid their monthly tuition or SCC fees by the 10th of the month. Participates in scholarship evaluation process. Attends monthly board meetings.Carly Lee

5Secretary: Attends and takes minutes of all Board meetings. Distributes copies to all Board members via email. Adds a hard copy of the minutes to the binder in the office. Posts minutes on bulletin board for all members to read if desired. Helps edit and copy Parent Handbook. Lorraine Harpole

6PAC (Parent Advisory Council) Representative for Shoreline CC: Acts as liaison between PAC and Shorenorth Board. Attends monthly SN board meetings and also monthly PAC meetings. Keeps Board informed of PAC activities and solicits input. Announces PAC speaker to school members.Sharief Youssef

7Marketing/Outreach Coordinator: Attends monthly board meetings. Works with Director on strategies to market and advertise the school and public events sponsored by the school in Shoreline and the broader Seattle area. 26Towel Cleaners: Takes home towels and mop heads and wash them weekly or as needed (Use Eco Soap from Costco and vinegar as a fabric softener). Fold and stock towels only at the kitchen sink and at the art sink. Extra folded towels go in baskets above toilet in lunchroom bathroom. Vacuum Cleaner filter cleaner: Empty out the vacuum cleaner cannister once a week. Take the filter set up apart and thoroughly clean and wash the filters once a month. Check with Cleaning coordinator to schedule a clean up so that it doesn't interfere with the cleaners schedule on a given week.
