GenomicBEAT AML 1.0https://www.cancer.gov/about-nci/organization/ccg/blog/2019/beataml
The Beat AML program involved 11 academic medical centers who worked collectively to accrue a cohort of ~950 AML patient specimens and 11 pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, who supplied drugs for testing. These specimens were subjected to whole exome sequencing, RNA-sequencing, and ex vivo drug sensitivity analyses.
3
CCLEhttps://portals.broadinstitute.org/ccle
CCLE researchers will conduct a detailed genetic and pharmacologic characterization of a large panel of human cancer models, develop integrated computational analyses that link distinct pharmacologic vulnerabilities to genomic patterns, and translate cell line integrative genomics into cancer patient stratification.
4
CGCIhttps://gdc.cancer.gov/cancer-genome-characterization-initiatives-cgci
The CGCI program supports cutting-edge genomics research of adult and pediatric cancers. CGCI investigators develop and apply advanced sequencing methods that examine genomes, exomes, and transcriptomes within various types of tumors.
5
CPTAChttps://proteomics.cancer.gov/programs/cptac
The National Cancer Institute's Clinical Proteomic Tumor Analysis Consortium (CPTAC) is a national effort to accelerate the understanding of the molecular basis of cancer through the application of large-scale proteome and genome analysis, or proteogenomics.
6
CTSPhttps://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs001175.v1.p1
Uses whole genome sequencing and/or whole exome sequencing in conjunction with transcriptome sequencing to try to identify recurrent genetic alterations (mutations, deletions, amplifications, rearrangements) and/or gene expression signatures that would be important to the hypothesis(es) submitted by the investigators.
7
FMhttps://www.foundationmedicine.com/
Genomic profiling data from approximately 18,000 adult patients with a diverse array of cancers that underwent genomic profiling using FoundationeOne, FMI's commercially available, comprehensive genomic profiling assay
8
GENIEhttps://www.aacr.org/Research/Research/Pages/aacr-project-genie.aspx
9
HCMIhttps://gdc.cancer.gov/human-cancer-model-initiative-hcmi
HCMI is a collaborative international consortium that is generating novel, next-generation, tumor-derived culture models annotated with genomic and clinical data. HCMI-developed models and related data are available as a community resource.
10
MMRFhttps://gdc.cancer.gov/about-gdc/contributed-genomic-data-cancer-research/foundation-medicine/multiple-myeloma-research-foundation-mmrf
MMRF will share its genomic and clinical data on multiple myeloma patients through a first of its kind partnership with the NCI Genomic Data Commons (GDC).
11
NCICCRhttps://gdc.cancer.gov/about-data/publications/DLBCL-2018
We studied 574 DLBCL biopsies using exome and transcriptome sequencing, array-based DNA copy number analysis and targeted amplicon resequencing of 372 genes to identify genes with recurrent aberrations. We developed and implemented an algorithm to discover genetic subtypes based on co- occurrence of genetic alterations.

Organoidhttps://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs001611.v1.p1Organoid Profiling Identifies Common Responders to Chemotherapy in Pancreatic Cancer
13
TARGEThttps://ocg.cancer.gov/programs/target
TARGET is the collaborative effort of a large, diverse consortium of extramural and NCI investigators. The goal of the effort is to accelerate molecular discoveries that drive the initiation and progression of hard-to-treat childhood cancers. and facilitate rapid translation of those findings into the clinic.
14
TCGAhttps://registry.opendata.aws/tcga/
TCGA has analyzed matched tumor and normal tissues from 11,000 patients, allowing for the comprehensive characterization of 33 cancer types and subtypes, including 10 rare cancers
15
VAREPOPphs001374https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/projects/gap/cgi-bin/study.cgi?study_id=phs001374.v1.p1
https://isb-cancer-genomics-cloud.readthedocs.io/en/madelyn-staging-theme/sections/data/VAREPOP_about.html
A research activity that establishes a cohort of Veterans diagnosed with cancer and who have had genomic analyses performed on their tumor tissue as part of standard of care. All data relevant to a patient's cancer and cancer care will be collected under RePOP, including patient demographics, co- morbidities, genomic analysis, treatments, medications, lab values, imaging studies, and outcomes.
