1. Full Guide - this guide.

2. Add New Applicant - START HERE. When you have a new applicant, fill in the applicant info to add it to the tracking sheet.

3. Applicant Tracking - all candidates will be added here. You can track your recruitment and enrich them with additional data using Sapiengraph

4. Dashboard - an overview of applicants currently in the pipeline

5. Applicant Sorter - a sheet to see candidates by role or by stage		1. Go to File → Make a copy.

2. Key in applicant info in the form.

3. Click button.

4. A dialog box will pop up on your first use.

5. Grant permission for the button to work.

6. Click Add applicant button again.

7. The candidates will be added to Applicant Tracking sheet.		1. To enrich applicants with data, first install Sapiengraph.
• Sign up for an account at sapiengraph.com/signup.
• Install Sapiengraph browser extension & Sheets Add-on.
• Click Extensions → Sapiengraph → Launch Sapiengraph to start using.

2. Select applicants to be enriched in column B.

3. Click button at the top of column B.

4. Data that can be enriched is indicated in row 7 "can be enriched".

Note: Enriching applicants will consume credits. Check balance in your Sapiengraph account.
